Your story is personal, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what Moonveil Magi collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, the best time to reach you, the kind of reading you are interested in, your preferred way of meeting, and the message you write. We also record the date and the internet address your message came from, to protect the form against spam and abuse.

If you book a service, we keep the details needed to provide it, such as the session date and any notes from the reading. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your message, and to arrange and provide any service you agree to.
• To keep records of services provided, as required for ordinary business and tax purposes.
• To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Who can see it

Your messages are read only by Aurelynn G. They are stored on our own web server and delivered to our email inbox. We share information only with the services that make this possible, such as our web host, email provider and payment provider, or where the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

The site itself does not use tracking cookies for visitors. We may advertise through Google Ads and use Google's measurement tag to learn when an advertisement leads someone to send a message. How long we keep it

We keep messages and service records for as long as needed to serve you and for our records, and no longer than three years unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

Our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and stored messages are kept where they cannot be reached from the web. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.
