Our services are spiritual, intuitive and religious practices offered for guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not scientific, and nothing said in a reading is a statement of fact or a prediction that any event will occur. Results are not guaranteed. We do not claim to control, change or influence any other person, and we do not offer services intended to harm anyone.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site or in any reading is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not delay or stop seeking professional help because of anything said in a reading. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or, in the United States, call or text 988.

3. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or send us a message. By using the site you confirm that you are.

4. Consultations, booking and payment

Your first message and our reply are free. Before any paid service, we tell you what it includes and its price, and a service is booked only when you agree. Payment is made through a secure payment link. We never ask for card details by email, and the price agreed for a service will not be increased after booking.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your conduct

Please be honest and respectful in your messages and sessions. We may decline or end any service, with a refund for anything not delivered, if a request is abusive, harmful, unlawful, or concerns harming another person.

7. Privacy

8. Reviews

Reviews on this site are shared with the permission of the people who wrote them and reflect individual experiences, which vary.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this site belong to Moonveil Magi. Written readings are provided for your personal use.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
