Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every person who works with Aurelynn G. to feel treated fairly. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Free consultations

Writing to us and receiving our reply is always free, so there is nothing to refund.

Live readings by phone or video

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new time.
• Within 24 hours of the session, you may reschedule once at no charge.
• If we need to cancel or cannot connect with you for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.

Written readings

• Cancel any time before your written reading has been started for a full refund.
• Once a written reading has been delivered, it cannot be returned, but please see "If something went wrong" below.

Candle and prayer work

• Cancel any time before the work has begun for a full refund.
• Once the candle has been lit, the work is in progress and is not refundable.

If something went wrong

If a service was not delivered as described, for example a session was cut short or a written reading did not address the question you agreed on, write to us within 7 days of the service. We will make it right with a free follow up, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on what happened.

No refunds based on outcomes

Readings and spiritual work are offered for guidance, reflection and entertainment, and no outcome is ever promised. For that reason, refunds are based on whether the service was delivered as described, not on later events.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show them.
